Some people are so weird. Especially in groups. Everyone so badly wants to be the leader that whenever they think they might get the chance, or a loophole, they steamroller over everyone else to get THEIR foot in the door. It sucks, but, in a way, is also funny as heck to watch!
Anyway! After my random interlude of ranting (NOT directed at any one individual, though some of you might be able to apply it in light of a recent/current situation!?), I would like to complain about ImageReady.
It is not my friend. It has decided to randomly crash on me and refuse to work while I am trying to slice and code a new layout. Bah. I am annoyed with it, especially since reinstalling doesn’t seem to have helped much. Has anyone else experienced this, what did you do, could you fix it?

I think I have officially found the most amazing website layout in the world! http://pinkfairy.nu! I know it’s more of a WordPress theme than a layout, but still! I was sitting there staring at it for ages, trying to work how I could possibly ever do something even half as cool! I wish!
Anyway, that’s really all I wanted to say, I wonder if she, or any of her affiliates, offer tutorials…or premades, lol!
Yesterday I tried to install a music player from imeem.com, but it didn’t seem to work too well with this layout and botched everything up, so that the rest of the blog entries didn’t even show up!? THAT wasn’t supposed to happen! I’ve deleted it now though, so everything should be back to normal. I hope.
Just a quick question, does anyone reading this know how to code div layouts? Or know of any good (easy to follow) tutorials to teach me how to do it?
I’ve decided to try and make a layout like one of the ones here for the first anniversary of the site, and though I think I’d just about be able to bluff my way through the graphics side of things (surprisingly, I have part of a header I like already), the coding will get to me, I suspect.
Aren’t the ones on that site incredible though! I absolutely love them! They’re so…scrapbooky and cool! I think I’ll be inspired for the next hundred years from the thumbnails alone! That girl has some serious talent!
Anyway, if anyone can help me, or can tell me where to look (I Googled it, but surprisingly little came up!), I’d really appreciate it!

EDIT: Does anyone see imeem under the song lyrics? If you do, do you also see the rest of the blogs from yesterday and beyond? I think something strange is happening…dodo do dooo!? o_O
I found an interesting song today. Well I heard it played all over the radio a couple of years ago when she won, but today I was listening to Fidelity by Regina Spektor, and for some reason it made me think of this song. Problem was, I couldn’t remember the girl’s name, or the song title, so I Googled random bits of lyrics until I found it!
I think her voice is one of those ones you either LOVE or can’t stand. I didn’t like it much at first, and my Dad says she can’t sing to save her life, but I think it grows on you, and it’s pretty impressive, considering she was only 17 when she wrote/sung it! It’s about her father dying from cancer by the way, which is really sad!
Click HERE to hear the song and HERE to read about Gin Wigmore.
HALLELUJAH – Lyrics And Music Composed By Gin Wigmore
Take your last step towards heaven and its glow
Take your last breath of sunlight, don’t let it go
Take your last look to remember, so that you know
I wont let you fade from no mind
I wont let you fade from no minds
I wont let you fade from no minds
Hallelujah for these eyes to see your painted life
Hallelujah for the touch of skin to skin with mine
Hallelujah for this mind that keeps our souls combined
Hallelujah for this life that let me be your child
Have your mind, have your strength to stay alive Keep your eyes open with mine
You followed the road for the angels and you left me behind
A face without words can last a lifetime but it’s never the same
So, don’t say goodbyes that last forever
Because I’ll be by to see you some day soon
Hallelujah for these eyes to see your painted life
Hallelujah for the touch now of skin to skin with mine
Hallelujah for this mind that keeps our souls combined
Hallelujah for this life that let me be your child Hallelujah, to be a part of your life
To see inside of all your smiles
You’re a traffic light of fire
You’re a man who I believe will never die

Hmm, my life is so terribly unexciting right now, lol. I’m just completely bogged down with uni work and about to try and tear my hair out!
I’ve a 1000 word book review due tomorrow, which I’ve mostly done now (yay), and a whole bunch of other stuff due soon too, before we finish for Easter break on the…6th of April. I think.
