…you’ve been here for an ENTIRE WEEK and we’re all thoroughly sick of you!

This photo was taken out of my upstairs living room window. I was going to go and stand outside to take one, but it was just TOO COLD!

Yet another reason I’m glad I’ve finished my placement and have a little bit more spare time!

On Saturday I had an audition for Cinderella and I found out yesterday that it was successful! Well, kind of successful – I didn’t get a very big part, only into the chorus, but oh well, I’m not too worried.

The show will be on in the middle of July and is with a theatre company that I used to be a really active member of, before I took a couple of years off to “grow up” a bit. It’s also co-directed by a friend of mine from TColl, which is kind of what made me think this was the right time to go back. I’m really looking forward to getting started with it, going to the audition on Saturday made me realise how much I’ve actually missed being a part of this company!

Funny thing is, I’ve been in this exact show once before, in 2003, when I was 16! It’s a pantomime written by New Zealander Roger Hall and is pretty darn awesome!

Boo at the first rehearsal not being until next Thursday!
