A few people on Twitter have been asking me how I’ve been doing with all my lovely health-related issues lately.
I’m planning to do a proper Health Update post every so often (and try to limit it to these, since as I’ve said before, I don’t want this to take over my blog), but to answer all the people who are curious, I am, overall, really great, and I thought I would share with you some of the reasons WHY…

Yep. People are why. Ever since I started talking about having this disease, I have realised just how many people I know who are awesome.
So many friends and family members have been calling and texting and Facebooking and emailing (and sending me mail1, which might be my favourite part!), just to tell me they’re thinking about me, and want to know if there is anything they could do.
Fortunately, there isn’t really a whole lot that needs doing, but just knowing that people are thinking about you and love you and want to help is amazing, especially on the days which aren’t so great.
I’d also like to mention all the lovely bloggers and Twitter friends who are also awesome. You are not forgotten! :)
Anyway! I’m not quite sure where this post is headed, at 1:30am on a Sunday morning, but I just wanted to post a quick update to help explain why I’m doing as well as I am. ♥
- including some from the UK that arrived in FOUR DAYS, much to my amazement. Fastest International Mail Ever. [↩]
